If you are considering building or purchasing a trailer for your Paper Tiger Catamaran, there are a few points you should consider. There are a few different styles of trailer that have proven to be quite effective for housing and transporting a Paper Tiger.
The most common is the simple 'four post' version, with a horizontal bar joining the two on the left at the top and another joining the two on the right. This can be easily adapted from a box trailer, or by using a basic frame trailer.
A less common, but quite effective method, is to have a trolley that slides on to the trailer and supports the boat on the trailer as well as in the rigging area.
It is highly recommended that you use as wide a track as possible to avoid rolling the trailer, which could happen in strong winds on a narrow tracked trailer.
