After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details from sales@papertigercatamaran.org. Your order will be confirmed within a few minutes of placing your order.

It is our policy to ensure we deliver to our customers in a timely manner. In order to achieve this we use a range of freight companies depending on the size and weight of your order. In some instances we may use a number of carriers to get your products to you. For example long items may come by road, some small items by air.

Most items will be sent using either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.  In the event that Fastway Couriers do not operate in your area, then the parcel will be sent via Australia Post.  All International parcels will be sent via Australia Post. Tracking number will be provided for most orders.

If no delivery method is available, select pickup and we will contact you for payment for the delivery as some large items will need to be sent via a courier.

 

*Flat Rate Shipping for items up to 2.3m long.  Does not include masts and other items where shipping has been quoted separately from this website.
